Henderson’s Grocery in Lancaster has been around for over ten years. Since 2015, owners Donald and Sylvie Longtin, not only fell under the spell of this old 1930s building, but also with Lancaster and its community. The result? Their life completely changed!
The adventure. Donald comes from the construction industry, Sylvie is an interior designer. They both wanted a change, a desire to live away from the city, to explore new horizons…

Donald, a gourmet by nature, takes care of the bakery and finds real pleasure making his bread and several wonderful pastries that one can find at the bakery counter.
Sylvie, loves everything about customer service, such as welcoming customers, serving them at the checkout … She is also very good at general accounting.
Their son, a butcher by profession, joined their long serving butcher, Normand. Their son and Normand make up the perfect team to ensure a quality service at the butcher shop.
Always Listening. The owners are welcoming and like to provide the community and tourists throughout the year with all the products that are likely to please them. Do not hesitate to speak with them about a specific product !
